PerceptionX is an AI native employer reputation service that shows ambitious employers how AI tools talk about them as a place to work, and what to do about it.

Today’s candidates ask ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI assistants where to work, what a company is really like, and which employers lead on things like career growth, leadership, flexibility and wellbeing. PerceptionX turns those previously hidden answers into visibility rankings, theme level scores and clear actions your team can take to shift what talent hears.

Through the PerceptionX Visibility Index and the wider Employer Perception scoring methodology, talent acquisition and employer brand teams can benchmark how often and how favorably they are recommended in AI answers across 15 core themes candidates care about most. They can see where competitors are winning attention, where their own story is missing or misunderstood, and which changes will have the biggest impact on perception and candidate quality.

PerceptionX empowers TA leaders to bring AI reputation into the core hiring stack, making AI visibility, sentiment and proof points as trackable as traffic, applications and offer accept. The result is a reputation that recruits for you, by aligning what AI says, what candidates experience and the story you want the market to hear.
