Brad Armstrong has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Brad started their career as a Firefighter at the U.S. Forest Service from 1991 to 1995. In 1995, they joined Perceptron and worked as a Project Engineer until 1998. Brad then progressed to the role of Project Manager from 1998 to 2000. From 2000 to 2001, Brad served as the Project Engineering Manager at Perceptron. Subsequently, they transitioned into the role of Application Engineer from 2001 to 2007. Brad then became the Project Implementation Manager at Perceptron for seven years, from 2007 to 2014. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Field Operations at Perceptron, a role they have been in since July 2014.

Brad Armstrong has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Idaho, which they completed from 1990 to 1995. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management from the University of Michigan from 1998 to 2002.
