Neloshi Silva

Neloshi Silva is an accomplished Lead UX Designer at Perceptronics Solutions, Inc. since September 2017, with a history of progressive roles in user experience design and development. As the Reviews Chair for the UXPA International Conference since 2020, Neloshi has played a pivotal role in organizing multiple conferences across various locations, including Amsterdam and Fort Lauderdale. Prior experience includes positions as a UX/UI Developer and Solutions Engineer at WalkMe™, and a Software Engineer/Jr. Project Manager at LifeWorx, where significant process improvements were achieved. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Staffordshire.
