At ICV & Associates (formerly Percheron Advisory), we help entrepreneurs and family business owners navigate complexity, manage risk, and build resilient enterprises that thrive amid change.

We advise clients on strategic transformation, next generation transition, and international mobility, ensuring that both the business and the family are aligned to succeed across generations. Our approach blends technical precision with human understanding — formalizing decision-making, embedding shared values into operational frameworks, and preparing the next generation to lead with confidence.

With over 20 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing operational and governance solutions across 40+ countries, our firm brings the insight and discipline needed to strengthen your organisation’s adaptability. We help you build structures that are resilient, agile, and opportunity-ready, turning volatility into a strategic advantage.

In a world defined by uncertainty, we equip family enterprises to act with clarity, confidence, and purpose — whether expanding internationally, refining internal practices, or launching new ventures.

We also assist clients in establishing family office structures, ensuring that influence, legacy, and continuity are preserved and strengthened.
