Phillip Sofis

Phillip Sofis is a seasoned professional in land management and title analysis, currently serving as Title Supervisor and Remote Title Agent at Percheron, LLC since April 2022. Previous experience includes roles as a Real Estate Specialist at Exelon, where responsibilities encompassed acquiring utility easements and engaging with government agencies for distribution and transmission projects, as well as contract landman positions at American Petroleum Partners and DPS Land Services. Phillip also held significant roles at Venture Energy Solutions, LLC, LOLA Energy, Noble Energy, Atlas Energy, Range Resources, and Oil & Gas Title Abstracting, LLC, developing expertise in negotiating oil and gas leases, reviewing property titles, and managing teams. Academically, Phillip holds an M.B.A. from Waynesburg University, an MPIA from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and History from Washington & Jefferson College.
