Jen Arthur

Jen Arthur has over 18 years of experience in admissions and recruitment. Jen began their career in 2003 as the Admissions and Recruitment Coordinator for the North Carolina State University MBA Program. Jen then moved up to Assistant Director of Admissions and Recruitment and eventually Director of Admissions and Recruitment. In 2022, Jen Arthur took on the role of Senior Technical Recruiter & HR Generalist at Perchwell.

Jen Arthur holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, where they studied Marketing and Operations Management. Jen also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Palm Beach Atlantic University, where they studied English and Art. Additionally, Jen has obtained several certifications, including Diversity Recruiting and Learning LinkedIn Recruiter from LinkedIn in 2022, Agile at Work: Building Your Agile Team from LinkedIn in 2021, an Equal Opportunity Institute Certificate from the Office for Institutional Equity and Diversity at NC State University in 2019, an Agile & Scrum Workshop Series from Fidelity's Women in Technology in 2019, a Leadership Development Program from the Center for Creative Leadership in 2017, an Inbound Certification from HubSpot in 2019, and a Content Marketing Certification from HubSpot in 2019.
