Chad Harris

As the Practice Lead, Chad has the pleasure of working closely with the client admins to support and make continuous improvements to their Salesforce instances and ensure they and their teams are getting the most out of their systems. He loves to help translate complex technical details into relevant and understandable solutions. He’s an advocate for all the non-tech folks that need technology to work for them.

Prior to working at Percolator Consulting, Chad had his boots on the ground of a direct-service nonprofit agency for nine years. He’s played every part imaginable from schlepping turkeys during Thanksgiving for families in need to speaking at volunteer events to scripting strategic plans. His favorite role has always been putting the right technology into the hands of front-line staff who needed it.
