Edith Puclla

Edith Puclla has a diverse work experience in various roles in the technology industry. Edith is currently working as a Technology Evangelist at Percona since July 2022. Prior to that, they were an Open Source contributor for Apache Airflow at Outreachy from November 2021 to March 2022, where they focused on rewriting Airflow Local Development environment and GitHub Action workflows. From February 2018 to October 2019, they served as a Software Engineer and Infrastructure Developer at BlazingSQL, where they automated the implementation of BlazingSQL using different cloud providers and GPU-based hardware. Edith also worked as a DevOps Engineer at Everis Peru from October 2016 to February 2018, where they restructured processes and implemented DevOps workflow using various tools. Before that, they worked as a Java Software Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services from September 2015 to September 2016, where their responsibilities included reducing issues in the user administration module and leading the testing team. Edith also gained experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Accenture, Policlínico Peruano Japones, and Yarnold Consultores Legales. Edith attended Universidad Alas Peruanas from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a degree in Systems and Computer Engineering with a specialization in Computer Software Engineering.
