Lucy Major

Lucy Major serves as the Director of Global HR at Percona since August 2025, bringing extensive experience in human resources across various organizations. Previously, Lucy held the position of Strategic P&C Business Partner at Dynatrace, where significant contributions were made to change management and organizational development across UKI and EMEA. As the Director of HRBP (Global) at Vonage, Lucy managed global HR Business Partners and collaborated with senior leadership to enhance employee engagement. Earlier roles included HR Business Partner at Ultima Business Solutions and Regional HR Generalist at Micheldever Group, focusing on organizational development, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives. Lucy also has experience as an HR Advisor at Bunzl Catering Supplies and HR Manager at Templegate Training. Lucy holds a CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The Open University.
