Nick Herring

Nick Herring has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nick is currently working at Percona as the VP of Subscription Services since April 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of Managed Services at Percona from April 2019 to May 2022.

Before joining Percona, Nick worked at Enghouse Interactive, where they held various senior positions in the professional services department. Nick served as the Senior Director of Professional Services Americas from November 2017 to December 2018 and as the Senior Director of Professional Services from November 2015 to November 2017. From December 2013 to November 2015, they were the Director of Professional Services, where they directly managed a team of 14 employees and handled project management and deployment services for multiple software products. Nick achieved significant accomplishments such as zero turnover over a two-year period, 20% revenue growth, and developing the company's first onboarding plan for new hires.

Earlier in their career, Nick worked at Dex One Corp. as a Technical Analyst and Project Manager for applications from May 2005 to April 2012 and as a Workstation Engineer from August 2002 to May 2005. Nick also worked at Sprint as a Lead Network Operations Specialist and IP Engineer from March 2001 to August 2002.

Additionally, Nick has experience as a Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at The Management Consultant Group for Entrepreneurs from March 2000 to March 2001, as a Systems Coordinator at Penske Logistics from October 1999 to September 2000, and as a Lead Workstation Engineer at Children International from November 1997 to October 1999.
