Conner Herman, BCBA, MBA, is the founder and CEO of Percy, a company dedicated to enhancing sleep through innovative behavioral insights. As a board certified behavior analyst and leading children's sleep consultant, Conner leverages a strong background in behavioral psychology and business management. Previously, Conner served as a Major in the United States Air Force for twelve years, deploying in support of various operations, and co-founded Dream Team Baby, the first overnight sleep consultancy in Manhattan. Conner has authored a book, "The Dream Sleeper," which outlines a three-part plan for fostering healthy sleep habits in children. Currently, Conner is focused on the development of Percy, while continuing to shape the evolving landscape of sleep consultancy.
