Ann Ratliff has extensive experience in quality assurance and food safety management within the food processing industry, currently serving as QA Manager at Perdue Farms since October 2013. Prior to this role, Ann held positions at Albertville Quality Foods from December 2005 to October 2013, where responsibilities included QA/FS Manager and QA Manager & Research and Development, focusing on a diverse range of products. Ann's career began at Tyson Foods, where experience spanned over 15 years in various supervisory and management roles, including QA Supervisor and HACCP Coordinator. Ann holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal & Dairy Science from Auburn University's College of Agriculture and has numerous certifications in HACCP and food safety.
