Brice Westring

Brice Westring is a seasoned executive in research and development with extensive experience in the consumer goods industry. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of R&D at Perdue Farms since September 2025, Brice leads a team dedicated to creating consumer-inspired protein products and manages the complete supply chain from farm to table. Prior to this role, Brice was Vice President for North America R&D at Mondelēz International. Brice's tenure at Procter & Gamble spanned over a decade, where Brice held several senior leadership positions, including Senior Director and Disruptive Innovation Leader, focusing on strategic business integration, innovation, and product development for various brands. Brice’s background includes a Master’s degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
