Brice Westring

Brice Westring is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and development within the consumer goods sector. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of R&D at Perdue Farms since September 2025, Brice leads a team focused on developing consumer-inspired protein products and enhancing product quality through innovation and collaboration. Prior experience includes holding the position of Vice President for North American R&D in Biscuits and Baked Snacks at Mondelēz International from January 2024 to September 2025, and a long tenure at Procter & Gamble from January 2005 to January 2024, encompassing various roles including Senior Director for Research, Innovation, and Integration, as well as leading initiatives for disruptive innovation in the Feminine Care sector. Brice holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
