Chris Perdue has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2006, they worked as an International Sales Intern at Perdue Farms, where they helped establish a presence in Shanghai's International Free Trade Zone. Over the years, they held positions such as Account Manager at Lowe NY, Account Executive at Deutsch, and Marketing Manager at MilkPEP, where they managed national advertising campaigns. They also co-founded Mulu and served as a Co-Founder, Director of Marketing, and Product Manager. Additionally, they worked as a consultant for Silicon Valley Startups and served as an advisor for ShipChain. In recent years, they held leadership positions at Perdue Farms, including Director of Demand Generation, E-Commerce and VP of E-Commerce. Currently, they hold the position of VP Digital at Perdue Farms, where they oversee digital marketing, content, and measurement across all brands. Chris Perdue also had involvement in various organizations such as serving as a Board Consultant at the Joshua M Freeman Foundation and being part of the Governor's Transition Committee for the State of Delaware.

Chris Perdue completed the Kellogg Executive Education Corporate Governance Program in 2015. In 2006, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Wake Forest University. In 2009, they attended the AAAA Institute for Advanced Advertising Studies, specializing in Advertising.

Arthur W. Perdue founded Perdue Farms in 1920 but the company gained national attention as a brand name in the 1970s when son and successor, Franklin P. Perdue, became television pitchman for the company. Today, Jim Perdue, grandson of the founder, is the chief executive and the face of Perdue on television. The company sells chicken and turkey products to food retailers and food service companies in the Eastern and Midwestern U.S. and exports poultry products to more than 70 foreign countries around the world. Perdue runs two soybean-processing plants that produce vegetable oils and ingredients for animal feed.
