Donna Coker

Donna Coker, PHR, PRC, currently serves as a National Recruiter at Perdue Farms, specializing in high volume, multi-discipline, full life-cycle recruiting and proactive talent sourcing. Previously, Donna held the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist at R1 RCM, where responsibilities included full-lifecycle recruiting, ATS management, market analysis, and serving as a Culture and Diversity Champion in 2022 and 2023. Earlier experience includes positions as a Corporate Recruiter at Birko Corporation and Trinidad Benham, complemented by a Master's Degree in Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in English with a Business Minor from Rollins College.
