Joe Johnson

Joe Johnson is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Perdue Farms since July 2022, Joe previously held the position of Senior Director of Operations at TreeHouse Foods, where oversight included five manufacturing plants across the USA and Canada. Joe’s earlier roles encompass Director of Operations for AIPC/ConAgra/Treehouse Foods, managing three pasta manufacturing plants, and Technical Manager at Frito Lay, focusing on capital improvements and operational efficiency. Joe's engineering foundation is supported by a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
