Joy Sparks is an experienced professional in the poultry and animal sciences industry, currently serving as the Senior Hatchery Manager at Perdue Farms since May 2025. Previously, Joy held various positions at Pilgrim's from June 2021 to August 2025, including Hatchery Manager and Hatchery Manager in Training, and was also a Broiler Field Representative. Joy began a career at JBS USA as a Management Trainee, where executive-level leadership training and cost improvement projects were completed. Joy earned a Master of Science in Animal Sciences from Murray State University in May 2021, following a Bachelor's degree in the same field in May 2020.
