Kyle Bolin has a diverse work experience spanning various companies in the food industry. Kyle joined Perdue Farms in 2019, where they held the positions of Vice President Operations and General Manager, and later Senior Vice President Operations. Kyle then moved to Mountaire Farms in 2022 as the Vice President of Sales. In 2023, they returned to Perdue Farms as the Senior Vice President, Strategic Roadmap - Program Management. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President, Whole Bird and Profit Optimization at Perdue Farms. Prior to their roles at Perdue Farms, Kyle worked at Pilgrim's, where they held various management positions including General Manager, Operations Manager, and Director of Sales. Kyle began their career at Case Foods, Inc. as a Sales Representative and also spent time at ABF Freight as an Operations Supervisor.
Kyle Bolin has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Colorado State University. Prior to their MBA, they attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith.

Arthur W. Perdue founded Perdue Farms in 1920 but the company gained national attention as a brand name in the 1970s when son and successor, Franklin P. Perdue, became television pitchman for the company. Today, Jim Perdue, grandson of the founder, is the chief executive and the face of Perdue on television. The company sells chicken and turkey products to food retailers and food service companies in the Eastern and Midwestern U.S. and exports poultry products to more than 70 foreign countries around the world. Perdue runs two soybean-processing plants that produce vegetable oils and ingredients for animal feed.
