Mike Bailey is a seasoned cybersecurity and IT professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of CyberSecurity at Perdue Farms, Mike previously held senior managerial positions at Adtalem Global Education and Hogan Assessment Systems, where contributions included enhancing security frameworks and developing governance structures. Earlier roles include Director of Information Technology at Vanguard Environmental and Manager of Information Technologies at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., among others. With a background in network engineering and customer support, Mike has a proven track record in implementing effective IT solutions and fostering a security-conscious culture. Mike holds a degree from Oklahoma State University, acquired between 1994 and 1998.
