Mike Dale

Mike Dale is an experienced operations and plant manager with over 25 years in the poultry processing and recycling industries. Currently serving as the Plant Manager at Perdue Farms since December 2008, Mike manages high-speed evisceration and kill lines, develops supervision teams, and has successfully improved productivity metrics while reducing safety issues. Prior roles include Operations Manager at Macon Iron, where Mike oversaw daily operations and planning for a recycling operation, and General Manager at King David Kosher, where Mike established a new kosher processing plant. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Georgia.
