Mike Marlatt

Mike Marlatt is a seasoned maintenance professional with extensive experience in various managerial and technical roles. Since December 2014, Marlatt has served as Maintenance Manager at Perdue Farms, previously holding the position of Maintenance Supervisor. Prior to this, an Equipment Technician role was completed at Compact Power Equipment Inc. from August 2014 to December 2014. From April 2010 to August 2014, Marlatt worked as an Electrical and Engineering Supervisor at Agri Star Meat & Poultry LLC. The career began as an Industrial Electrician, Plumber, and HVAC Technician at Dix Electric And Mechanical from March 2006 to March 2010. Marlatt's educational background includes completion of the ABC Electrical Apprenticeship from 2009 to 2012 and training from the Iowa Plumbers and Mechanical Systems Board. Additionally, Marlatt attended McNally Smith College of Music from 2002 to 2003.
