Rafael Uson

Rafael Uson is an experienced production management professional with a proven track record in the poultry industry, currently serving as the Production Shift Manager at Perdue Farms since October 2018. In this role, Rafael manages a team of 4 salaried direct reports and 205 hourly employees, significantly enhancing production throughput and quality. Prior experience includes a tenure as 2nd Processing Superintendent at Mountaire Farms, where Rafael trained 11 salaried direct reports and implemented production line modifications, and earlier roles at Perdue Farms that included supervising multiple departments and overseeing various operational efficiencies across several years. Rafael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Applications from De La Salle University, obtained in 2003.
