Robert Ashmore serves as the Sr Maintenance Planner and Storeroom Supervisor at Perdue Farms since June 2023, leading a team of six while managing a $5M annual budget and overseeing purchasing and backlog management. Prior experience includes roles as Reliability Program Manager and EAM Planner/Scheduler at Elite Line Services, focusing on performance improvement and maintenance coordination for Amazon, as well as Maintenance & Reliability Planner/Scheduler at Wonderful Citrus and Maintenance Planner/Scheduler at Styrotek, Inc., where Robert implemented strategic improvements and Lean methodologies. Robert's career began with freelance work as a Photographer/Cinematographer and various NDT Technician positions across the United States. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Management at Grand Canyon University, Robert is dedicated to optimizing operational performance and driving successful outcomes in maintenance and reliability.
