Robert McEwan has extensive experience in the food science and product development sectors, currently serving as Manager of Retail Product Development, Senior Food Scientist, and Food Technologist at Perdue Farms since August 2015. In addition, Robert has worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Kansas State University since August 2013 and gained practical experience as a Research and Development Intern at Tyson Foods and a Quality Assurance Intern at John Morrell Food Group in 2012. Robert holds a Master’s Degree in Meat Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Industry, both from Kansas State University.
