Sandra Hardy

Sandra Hardy brings extensive experience in employee relations and human resources, having been with Perdue Farms since September 2011 as an Associate Relations Representative. In this role, responsibilities include conflict resolution, HR metrics management, and community relations. Prior to this position, Sandra served as a Staffing Recruiter, where a primary focus was maintaining staffing levels at 98% or better while fostering collaborative relationships with plant management. Sandra's tenure with Perdue Farms began in March 1986, during which time responsibilities included administering company policies and leading new hire orientations as an HR Associate Relations Representative, as well as managing departmental operations as a Team Lead. Sandra holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Shaw University and a high school diploma from Bertie Senior High.
