Tom Lee currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at Perdue Foods, overseeing 20 manufacturing locations and leading engineering, continuous improvement, and environmental operations teams. With experience at Perdue Premium Prepared Foods as Senior Vice President of Operations & General Manager and in various roles at Perdue Farms since 2007, Tom holds total business unit P&L responsibility and has managed quality, sales, and marketing performance across multiple facilities. Prior to joining Perdue, Tom held leadership positions at Mountaire Farms and Cargill Foods. Tom earned an MBA from Mercer University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Eastern Mennonite University.
