Perfect Concrete Care is a specialist concrete services contractor delivering cutting, core drilling, scanning, grinding, and surface preparation across commercial, infrastructure, and government projects in NSW and Queensland.

We work in the environments where precision is non-negotiable. Active rail corridors. Live hospital precincts. Post-tensioned structures. High-rise commercial buildings. Any environment where a wrong cut damages a post-tension cable, strikes a live conduit, or compromises a structural member — this is where our work matters most.

Our ground penetrating radar (GPR) scanning capability is central to everything we do. Before any cut or core is made, we know what's beneath the surface — rebar, post-tension cables, conduits, voids. Our clients don't get surprises. They get a marked, documented safe zone and a team that executes within it.

We are accredited members of the Concrete Sawing and Drilling Association of Australia (CSDAA). Our operators are trained, ticketed, and meet the corridor compliance requirements for Sydney Trains and Queensland Rail.

Project highlights:

- Cross River Rail — wall penetrations at Roma Street Station and WSB Building

- John Holland NRS Project — core drilling and cutting on live rail

- Albion Park Rail Bypass — road sawing and core drilling for major infrastructure

- 1,000 precision core holes for MEP installations in a multi-level commercial project

- Sydney Trains HQ Auburn — road sawing in a critical transport hub

Operating from Marrickville (Sydney) and Slacks Creek (Brisbane). Rapid mobilisation. Two-hour quote turnaround.
