Ryan Pandya

Ryan Pandya is the CEO and Co-Founder of Perfect Day. Ryan has a background in process development and software development.

Pandya started their career as an undergraduate research assistant at Tufts University. Ryan then worked as a software developer at New Standard Institute, Inc. before moving to MassBiologics in 2013. At MassBiologics, Pandya worked in upstream process development, developing cell line production and optimizing bioreactors.

In 2014, Pandya left MassBiologics to co-found Perfect Day, where they are now the CEO. Perfect Day is a food technology company that creates animal-free dairy products. The company uses fermentation to produce dairy proteins, which are then used to create dairy products that are indistinguishable from products made from cows' milk.

Ryan Pandya completed their undergraduate degree at Tufts University in Chemical & Biological Engineering. Ryan then attended Jonathan Law High School.
