Perfect Practice is the Premier 11,000 square foot Indoor Baseball & Softball Training Facility in Central New York. Located in Syracuse, NY, just down the street from NBT Bank Stadium - home of the Syracuse Mets Triple-A baseball team of the International League.

We Are Open to the Public!

Providing Batting Cages, Pitching Mounds, Fielding Practice Areas, Baseball & Softball Pitching Machines, and Athletic Training Amenities plus we have 2 Cages equipped with FungoMan Automatic Pitching Machines which throw Fast-pitch Softballs, Slow-pitch Softballs, & Baseballs and 1 Cage with HitTrax!  We are Home to the Jr. Chiefs Traveling Team Program which is recognized as one of the premier developmental programs in Central New York and also offer Fall Ball team programs. Whether extensive travel or limited, we have the program that will fit your player and your family’s desires.

Offering proven hitting, pitching, and position-specific instruction by our professional trainers who are available for individual and team lessons as well as for clinic, seminar, and event instructional sessions. 

We also offer cage rentals for individuals, teams, and organizations as well as equipment rentals. Membership plans that offer expanded use of the Perfect Practice facility as well as providing options and savings are available.
