春菲 王 is currently the Vice President at Perfect World Animation, a role they have held since 2015, where they establish business operations and manage program distribution, licensing, and brand management. Prior to this, they served as the Director of TV Sales and Business Development at BBC Worldwide from 2010 to 2015, leading the mainland China team in achieving sales targets through TV program distribution and co-production. They also worked as an Associate Director at National Geographic Channel from 2009 to 2010, where they significantly contributed to revenue generation in mainland China. 春菲 holds a Bachelor's degree in International Trade from Capital University of Economics and Business and an MBA from Peking University, which they completed in 2016.
