Yashvant Singh has a wealth of experience in the technology industry, having worked for several different companies since 2004. Yashvant began their career at HCL Technologies as a Senior Manager. In 2005, they took on the role of Lead/Architect at the State of Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR). In 2007, they moved to Microsoft as a Program Manager, followed by a Project Manager role at IDeaS- a SAS Company in 2008. In 2009, they joined T-Mobile as a Development Manager, where they managed a team of 70+ personnel. In 2011, they were an Enterprise Architecture Manager at Alaska Airlines, and in 2013 they were a Group Manager/CRM Architect at Avanade. In 2014, they joined EY as an Assistant Director, and in 2016 they co-founded Perfectice, a data-driven learning and assessment platform. Most recently, in 2021, they founded CodeMode, where they currently serve as the Chief Code Coach.
Yashvant Singh completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur between 1993 and 1997. Yashvant has also obtained various certifications, such as R Programming from Coursera Verified Certificates in September 2014, The Data Scientist’s Toolbox from Coursera Verified Certificates in September 2014, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 from Microsoft in September 2013, Certified SCRUM Master from SCRUM Alliance in July 2011, Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI in August 2009, TOGAF 8.1.1 Certified Practitioner from The Open Group in February 2009, and Microsoft Certified Application Developer from Microsoft Corp. in January 2008.
