James Yi currently serves as a Board Director at Sweed and tippy type, as well as an Advisory Board Member at Perfectly Dosed. Since October 2013, James has been the President and a Board Director of NextMe, a company that provides a modern virtual waiting room solution for businesses. James founded Leaf Trade, a leading wholesale marketplace in the cannabis industry, where James served as both Founder and CEO until November 2024. James was also a member of The Economic Club of Chicago from October 2021 to October 2022. James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International/Global Studies from DePaul University.
