Kieran Wright

Kieran Wright is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Head of Human Potential at PerfectRebel since November 2025, Kieran previously held various key roles at Sullivan & Stanley, including Head of Talent Acquisition, Talent Partner, and Community Engagement Manager, from May 2023 to November 2025. Prior roles include Recruitment Partner at Project One, where significant contributions were made to deliver complex organizational change, and Executive Search Resourcer at Collingwood Executive Search, providing vital research and headhunting support. Kieran also has entrepreneurial experience as the Owner/Managing Director of Aspiration Management, a digital marketing business, while pursuing a Master's degree in Sport Business Management from the University of Lancashire. Kieran holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
