William Frank

William Frank is the President of WH2, Inc. and PERFECTSHIFT, with extensive experience in interim management, dispute resolution, and operations improvement across diverse sectors including healthcare, finance, and sports entertainment. They have held leadership positions, including Managing Director at Huron Consulting Group and Price Waterhouse Coopers, and Vice President at Allegiance Healthcare. As the co-founder of West Hudson and Co., Inc., they contributed to advancing healthcare consulting practices. William continues to engage in entrepreneurial pursuits while focusing on the development of innovative strategies for Wyoming’s growth, particularly in clean coal technology and carbon capture initiatives. William holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Denver.
