Nando Hidayat is a seasoned professional in customer success and operations with extensive experience in the fintech and technology sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Success - International at Perfios since June 2025, Nando has previously held significant roles including Assistant Operations Manager at Nikel, where the focus was on facilitating lending solutions for underserved sectors, and Senior Program Manager at HASAN.VC, responsible for launching a new venture capital initiative. Nando co-founded Gajiku, serving as Head of Operations and Customer Success, and has also worked as Customer Success Manager for SEA at disprz, an AI-powered learning platform.
