Beauty Shields is a Senior Program Manager at Perforce Software, with over a decade of experience since joining in July 2010. Responsible for the development and delivery of a high-profile portfolio of client-side SCM applications, tools, and IDE integrations, Beauty oversees 12 concurrent projects across the US and UK. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Sun Microsystems from 2000 to 2008, where coordination of a cross-functional engineering team was key to integrating installation components into the Solaris Operating System, as well as managing Solaris Beta Programs. Beauty holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from California State University - East Bay.
