Principal Software Engineer

Daniel Lanner is the co-founder of Snowtrack and the author of *Engineering Collaboration*. They have previously worked at renowned companies in the visual effects and gaming industries, including Ubisoft, Pixomondo, and Maxon, primarily as an engineer focused on data I/O and pipelines using technologies such as C++, Go, Python, .NET, Kubernetes, and Docker. At Maxon, Daniel contributed to the development of Cinema 4D, and as a Senior Generalist Programmer at Ubisoft, they designed distributed services for cloud-native data pipelines. Currently, Daniel serves as a Principal Software Engineer at Perforce Software, continuing to advance their work in the creative and technical realms.
