Don Jackson has held various roles in technology and consulting over an extensive career. They served as a Senior Consultant at Keane and as a Test Lead at ABN AMRO Mortgage Group from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, Don was a Customer Service Leader at Service Merchandise from 1992 to 1996. They contributed to the field as a Senior Software Test Analyst at Metavante and later advanced to the position of Senior Engineer at Cardinal Health, where they worked from 2001 to 2015. Currently, Don is the Chief Technologist at OpenText, transitioning to the role of Technology Evangelist at Perforce Software in 2025.
