Jan Schaeffer

Jan Schaeffer, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources information systems (HRIS) management, currently serving as a Senior HRIS Analyst at Perforce Software since March 2020 and at HelpSystems since December 2012. In these roles, Jan focuses on maintaining data integrity, testing system changes, and analyzing data flows to identify opportunities for process improvement. Previously, Jan held positions as a Sr HRIS & Benefits Specialist and Human Resources Administrator, where responsibilities included compliance oversight and employment record-keeping. Prior to HelpSystems, Jan worked as an HR Administration Manager at Compellent Technologies and as an HR Specialist at CNS, Inc. Jan holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Northern State University, earned between 1984 and 1987.
