Jen Schmidt

Jen Schmidt is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in total rewards, talent management, and HR business partnering. Currently serving as the Total Rewards Program Manager at Perforce Software since September 2019, Jen previously held the position of Director, HRBP at Thomson Reuters from July 2012 to August 2019. Prior to that, Jen worked as an HR Manager at Deloitte and as an Audit Talent Specialist. Additional experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist at Fish & Richardson P.C., as well as HR Representative and HR Intern positions at FindLaw, a Thomson Reuters business. Jen holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management with a minor in Business Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato, completed in 2006.
