Jim Collins

Jim Collins is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Director of IT Operations at Perforce Software since November 2020. Collins also owns ItzAnOption, a company founded in 2010 that offers a diverse range of solutions to meet varied needs. Previously, Collins held roles as IT Operations Manager and IT Operations Lead at HelpSystems from October 2014 to November 2020, and worked as an IT Field Technician at Amcom Software from February 2011 to September 2014. Early career positions include Technical Software Consultant at Christianson & Associates, Network Administrator at MN Electric, and Technician at Cellular One. Jim Collins holds an AAS degree in Mobile Communications from Willmar Technical College, earned between 1991 and 1993.
