Lisa Lopes

Lisa Lopes is a highly experienced professional in contract management and renewals, currently serving as a Senior Renewals Specialist at Perforce Software since October 2020. Lopes has a strong background in SaaS applications, having held positions at Upland Software, Qvidian, and Episerver, where responsibilities included managing quotes and renewals for sales teams and ensuring customer satisfaction. As the founder of Knitted Knockers of New England, Lopes has also made significant contributions to the community by creating handmade breast prosthetics for women post-mastectomy. Additional experience includes roles at Evoqua Water Technologies, Avaya, Nortel Networks, and Smith & Nephew Endoscopy, where Lopes developed expertise in processes related to contract renewals, pricing, and customer engagement.
