Lisa Robertson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical communication and documentation. Currently serving as Director of Knowledge Services at Perforce Software since February 2019, Lisa has previously held senior managerial roles at both Perforce and Rogue Wave Software, where a transition occurred following the acquisition. Prior to this, Lisa managed documentation and training teams at BlackBerry, overseeing enterprise projects across multiple sites, and also served as a manager at Nortel, leading documentation and training development for communication products. Earlier career roles include ownership of Verville Tech Inc. and positions at Corel Corporation, where significant contributions in software documentation were made. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in English Literature from Carleton University and a diploma in Technical Writing from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
