Romit Raste

Romit Raste is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in managing recruitment processes across various organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Perforce Software since March 2024, following the acquisition of Delphix, Romit previously held the same role at Delphix from April 2022 to March 2024. Prior experiences include positions as Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at Data Dynamics and multiple roles at Optymyze, where responsibilities encompassed managing end-to-end recruitment, vendor management, and campus recruitment. Romit began a career in recruitment with Catenon Worldwide Executive Search and iPlace USA, holding senior roles focused on international recruitment. Romit holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from ICFAI Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Sardar Patel University.
