Shane Evans

Shane Evans is an experienced product management professional with a strong background in software development and testing. Currently serving as the Director of Products at Perforce Software since May 2025, overseeing the BlazeMeter Continuous Testing platform, Shane co-founded GameDriver in May 2018 to facilitate automation in video game playtesting. Prior to this, leadership roles included Director of Product Management at Splunk from April 2018 to January 2022, managing the Core Search product, and Director of Product Management at Micro Focus from January 2016 to April 2018, focusing on Application Functional Testing solutions. Earlier experience includes a senior role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and a foundation in product management and information technology education from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
