Shantanu Ghosh

Shantanu Ghosh is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in engineering leadership and product development. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Perforce Software, Shantanu oversees global engineering operations and leads R&D and Cloud Ops teams. Previous roles include Vice President of R&D and Managing Director at Rocket Software, where significant organizational transformations were implemented, and establishing centers of excellence in India. As Founder and CEO of Palatable Technologies, Shantanu developed an innovative app-based platform to facilitate real-world connections. With a solid background at Symantec as VP & Managing Director of India Product Operations and Global VP & GM of the Data Center Security Group, Shantanu led large teams and drove product strategies. Earlier in the career, Shantanu held engineering leadership positions at BindView Corp., Entevo Corp., and River Run Software Group, contributing to substantial growth and development across various organizations. Shantanu holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Telecommunications from Regional Engineering College, Allahabad, India.
