Steve Rickman

Steve has over 25 years of experience completing mergers and acquisitions and helping companies raise public and private capital. Before joining Perforce, Steve was a managing director in investment banking with firms including Piper Jaffray, Cantor Fitzgerald, and Lake Street Capital Markets. Over the course of his investment banking career, he has completed more than 120 M&A transactions and helped companies raise more than $4 billion in new capital. Prior to investment banking, Steve was a senior engineer at General Dynamics in the advanced aerodynamic design group.

Steve holds an M.S. in Aeronautical Engineering from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from the Carlson School at the University of Minnesota.
