Tiina Maripuu

Tiina Maripuu is an experienced Human Resources Coordinator at Perforce Software since February 2020, with a robust background in learning and development. Prior roles include serving as a Learning and Development Specialist at the Estonian Tax and Customs Board, where responsibilities involved managing development activities and creating competency profiles for customs officers. Tiina also held the position of Manager of the Masters Programme of Internal Security at the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences, where efforts focused on launching a Master's program and developing curricula. Experience includes managing training at the Estonian Public Service Academy's Police College and serving as a Specialist of Police Education at the Estonian Police Board.
