Amber Weltner Wright

Amber Weltner Wright serves as the Vice President of Leasing for Northern California at Perform Properties, a position held since May 2025. Prior to this role, Amber accumulated extensive experience at Retail Opportunity Investments Corp., where responsibilities included Vice President and Director of Leasing for Northern California. Amber's previous roles also include Senior Leasing Associate at Federal Realty Investment Trust, Leasing Manager at Vornado Realty Trust and Westrust Ventures, as well as Senior Associate and Leasing Representative at Main & Main, Inc. and CenterCal Properties, respectively. Early career experience includes working as an Associate at CB Richard Ellis. Amber holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from the University of Arizona, completed in 2005.
