Amy Smith

Amy Smith is the Vice President of FP&A and Business Intelligence at Perform Properties, a role they have held since 2025. Prior to this, they served as Director and Senior Director of Corporate Finance at EQ Office from 2017 to 2018. Amy also gained extensive experience at Equity Office Properties, where they held various positions including Business Analyst in Procurement, Manager of Financial Analysis for the New York Region, Manager of Corporate Finance, and Senior Business Analyst from 2006 to 2008. Amy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completing their studies in 2005.
